AutoAccount utilises business bank statements (XML/OFX or Wise/Revolut accounts) which are the requirement for the service and because of automation, we are able to keep our prices affordable. The package includes monthly reports in English.
AutoAccount is not an authorised French accounting company but if your company is under “regime du reel” the application reports can be utilised for VAT/TVA filing (if needed) and annual Income tax returns prepared in impots.gouv.fr. The customer does not need to make software investments.

Using the AutoAccount service is simple
You only need to:
- Pay purchase invoices through the business bank account and use a business debit card for smaller purchases
- Report your monthly sales in DigibalanceApp mobile application (also browser version available)
- Attach the bank statement file and save the invoices and receipts in DigibalanceApp
We take care of the following:
- We download bookkeeping transactions directly from the bank file
- We do the monthly bookkeeping reports and assist in submission of VAT information directly to the Tax Administration (if needed)
- You receive the Income statement and possible VAT information in DigibalanceApp which shows your key financials
- In the end of the fiscal year, your Financial Statement and income tax return can be prepared based on DigibalanceApp reports
